Weight Loss: Stronger today

It's all about the simple things.  Being able to fully cross your legs when you sit without your knee hurting.  Fitting your arms into the sleeve of a shirt without having to yank at it.  Taking a picture of yourself straight on instead of up in the air because the double chin is gone.  Those are the moments I want to have.  Those are the moments of victory.

That's when I reward myself and not with a "I've been so good on my diet, I deserve a chocolate cake".  I reward myself with boots that can zip up on my calves...a skirt for a party or a night out because my legs are becoming too awesome to hide...and short sleeve shirt because my arms are glorious with muscle tone!

I am stronger today than I was yesterday and I will be even stronger tomorrow.

Weight: 186.4 lbs today

Total loss: 22.2 lbs since 9/8/12

90 Day Challenge: Down 14.9 lbs BF, 16.55″ lost & Up 1.30 lbs lean muscle

Body Fat %: 36%

BMI: 31.0

Highest weigh-in to date: 243.5 lbs on 3/11/2008 (The day I went in to labor with Aiden. Not sure if I had been higher. I do remember wearing 18/20 mostly & being sized at a 22 for a bridesmaids dress.)

Weight goal: 134 lbs (last seen in high school)

  • Friend of mine sent an It Works wrap - Results: 2 1/2" down and my skin looks a lot better.  It helped pull it back up!
  • Signed up for a run!  December 9th!!!!
  • Week 4 Day 2 of the C25K with the hubby’s and Emily’s help!
