Jump Start 2014 Fitness One Week Challenge

I have been sitting here with an overwhelming amount of fitness pins that started being hoarded over a year and a half ago.  Well, it was time to finally make my way through them and in the process, I found “Lazy Girl Fitness” by the blogger, VioletSage at http://violetsage.wordpress.com/tag/lazy-girl-fitness/.  Then BOOM…I had an idea!  With the new year coming, why not attempt a house full of fitness for at least the first week to get everything kick started!?!

Here we go…

You’ll need a handful of index cards or a sticky pad.  Write an exercise on a card or a note.  Now tape or stick it up somewhere around the house.  Every time you are walking passed, do it!  There are 21 exercises listed.  Pick and choose what you’d like and/or however many you’d like!  Also, feel free to add some of your own!  And remember…It’s only one week so no excuses!!
