Fit Foodie: Stocking up

  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • acorn squash
  • fit & easy perdue chicken breast
  • shady brook farms lean sweet turkey sausage
  • shady brook farms ground turkey



Baked Turkey Meatballs

  • Ground turkey
  • seasoned breadcrumbs
  • shredded parmesan
  • parsley
  • egg
  • garlic

Bake 350 for 20 minutes on a sprayed baking sheet.
