Fit Foodie: This week was for you…


So I may or may not be a little pasta focused lately.  Don’t judge me.  It’s my comfort food.  It’s what I grew up loving.  I’ll admit that it may not be the best for you especially as often as it’s being served but I have reason.  The recent passing of my Pop Pop.  I got a little nostalgic.  Turned on the Frank Sinatra and started cooking.
