Our family cooking nights are turning into something amazing! There is this pride that I am seeing in my children’s faces that is priceless. Granted we are talking spaghetti cooking and not 5 Michelin star quality meals but one day…who knows right?
The meal bins/rotation has made life so much easier. I am trying to always have an option available for when I forgot to defrost meat because you and I both know that happens way too often when the schedules get crazy. We even threw in a double meal day so we could prep a dinner for the following night that was a hard one for us to deal with a longer cooking time.
