Two Weeks Till Turkey Workout Plan!

Hey guys!  I have a confession.  I have been winging it for the last month.  After three months or so on the same lifting plan, I was ready to just relax for a little.  It was definitely intense but I am ready to get my metabolism racing towards the turkey!!!  Join me for the next 14 days as I push through to Thanksgiving!

Arms (3 rounds)

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 dips
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 10 commandos

Run (30 minutes)

Legs (3 rounds)

  • 10 squats
  • 10 jump lunges
  • 10 calf raises
  • 10 step ups

Chest, Back & Shoulders (3 rounds)

  • 10 inchworms
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 supermans
  • Max time front plank

Yoga (30 minutes)
