A girl & her planner: Fitness Planner Insert!

Crazy excited to release this!!!  As you may remember from previous posts, I am a planner lover.  I love paper (especially grid), pens and PLANNING!  My planner is an adult version of my childhood sticker book and I love it.  It makes me feel better dealing with the crazy that is life.

In preparation for Shamrock Half Marathon training using the Crazy Runderful Half Marathon Training Plan, I decided that I need something great for my happy planner.  My biggest frustration normally is that I cannot fit my training into my already chaotic weekly schedule & to do lists.  This printable extends my weeks by giving me a look at the beginning of the week than the end of the week separately.

Also another big deal for me, I need it in one place or else I miss runs due to school events, doctor's appointments or some other things that I lost track of.  Finally, it has a "planned" section to write in exactly what you intend to do and then cardio/strength completed to write about what actually happened.  We all know that some days go great and others are shortened to other circumstances.
