Fit Foodie: So Insta

I jumped on the Instant Pot craze because everyone else did and raved about how easy it was.  I've had it for about 9 months now and I am pretty sure that I could count on my hands and feet how many times I actually used it.  I know.  I know!  Not the popular thing to say but after unpacking the kitchen and realizing how much space we do NOT have any more...our appliances are on the chopping block.

Before I post this thing on a yard sale group, I decided that I need to actually try to use in our weekly meal schedule.  (Schedule is a very very loose use of that's more like a weekly meal suggestion to be thrown to the wind because all my kids want to eat is pizza.)  But here are our two winners for the week.  I won't post the fails.  They were that bad that I just cannot even admit to them happening.
