Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Chill for at least an hour.
  3. Cook in wok.
  4. After chicken is cooked, throw in pre-made wild rice (we used Uncle Ben's 90 microwave pouch) and steamed broccoli (we used VIP steamers).
  5. Serve!

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine both pears, water, lemon juice, half of the sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and half of the cinnamon. Mix.
  2. Place pear mixture into an 8"x8" baking pan sprayed with coconut oil spray.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar and remaining sugar, flour and remaining cinnamon until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
