  1. In your crockpot, combine the milk and coffee.
  2. Whip together the pumpkin, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour mixture into the crockpot.
  3. Stir everything together and then toss in 3-4 cinnamon sticks.
  4. Cover the crockpot, and cook on high for 2 hours.
  5. We drank about half of the mixture and stored the rest in mason jars. I used the rest over the next 2 - 3 days and reheated in the microwave.

  1. In a bowl, combine both pears, water, lemon juice, half of the sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and half of the cinnamon. Mix.
  2. Place pear mixture into an 8"x8" baking pan sprayed with coconut oil spray.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar and remaining sugar, flour and remaining cinnamon until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
