  1. Cook the ground turkey
  2. Add the taco seasoning and a 1/4 cup of water
  3. Cool the meat
  4. Mix all ingredients together with the dressing placed in a separate container

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan (I use coconut oil spray)
  3. Mix bananas, applesauce, and eggs
  4. Add coconut sugar.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda & salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir until mixed.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; place on a wire rack after.
  9. Enjoy!

  1. Blend ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Cover mixture and transfer to refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove and roll into bite sizes. I used a cookie dough scoop for mine.
  4. Place bites on wax paper and place in the freezer for 15 minutes before placing them in a container and placing them in the refrigerator.

Veggie-filled eggplant parmigiana boats

  1. Frying pan on medium heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic.
  2. Add in onion and start to brown.
  3. Add in mushroom, spinach, and 1 chopped tomato.
  4. Toss in basil.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  6. Spread second chopped tomato across the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Slice eggplant in half longwise.
  8. Scoop out the seeds and place on top of the layer of chopped tomatoes.
  9. Put in the mix from frying pan into the boats.
  10. Divide the mozzarella on top of the 2 eggplant boats and sprinkle with romano, salt and pepper.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Italian Stuffed Peppers

  1. Heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the sausage in a frying pan using Smart Balance oil spray
  3. Cut peppers near their stems.  Core and remove seeds.
  4. Place peppers on baking pan
  5. Layer in sausage, ricotta, tomato sauce, mozzarella and panko.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes with pepper tops on the stuffed peppers.

Asian Chicken with Wild Rice & Broccoli

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Chill for at least an hour.
  3. Cook in wok.
  4. After chicken is cooked, throw in pre-made wild rice (we used Uncle Ben's 90 microwave pouch) and steamed broccoli (we used VIP steamers).
  5. Serve!

  2. Repeatedly layer pumpkin mix, crumbled cupcake, walnuts, and cool whip.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or Cajun Power Sweet Treats (if you have it)

Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

  1. Pre-heat to 425 Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean asparagus and layout on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray with Pam.
  4. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic sparingly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
