Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan (I use coconut oil spray)
  3. Mix bananas, applesauce, and eggs
  4. Add coconut sugar.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda & salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir until mixed.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; place on a wire rack after.
  9. Enjoy!
