Blueberry protein pancake muffins Yum
  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Spray muffin pan with coconut oil and put the batter (should make 24).
  3. Scoop a spoonful of blueberries and place them on top of the batter.
  4. Bake for 18 mins at 350 degrees F.
  5. Let rest for 10 mins and then place on cooling rack.
