Instructions
  1. Using a coffee mug, mix the pancake mix, oil and milk. Add the water if using the cinnamon oat mix.
  2. Add in the chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave the mug for 60-70 seconds on full power.
  4. Let it sit for 60 seconds when it's done.
  5. Top with syrup or honey!
